EDUARDO OLIVEIRA

Eduardo is the founder of Flow Law and the head of the firm’s immigration department. He represents clients in a variety of immigration and family law matters, including complex PR applications, inadmissibility and Federal Court litigation. Eduardo is committed to providing personalized attention and searching for practical solutions to achieve the most efficient outcome.

 
Eduardo is also a co-founder and director of the Brazil Canada Bar Association (BCBA) and an elected member of the CONCID – Brazilian Citizenship Council of Ontario. Since June 2023, he has co-hosted a Podcast with Jornal de Toronto about legal issues faced by the Brazilian community in Canada. Eduardo is fluent in English, Portuguese and Spanish.

Eduardo holds an LL.B. from Recife Law School, Brazil’s first law school, founded in 1827 and earned a Master’s degree and Ph.D. in Political Science from the Federal University of Pernambuco, Brazil. In Canada, he completed an LL.M. from Osgoode Hall Law School.

In his free time, Eduardo continues his studies at the Nitartha Institute for Higher Buddhist Studies and participates in the Toronto Shambhala community.
